Everyone has the constitutional right to read. Each person should be empowered to choose which books they want to read. Our job as parents is to know what our children are reading and to discuss it with them, so they understand the themes and ideas expressed within the pages. We must set an example to our children that reading is not a threat, books should not be feared and censorship is wrong.
